The 2023 Jeep Compass is a strong and sporty compact crossover with lots of exciting features to offer! First of all, the entire lineup is powered by one standard powertrain, which includes a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder engine rated at 200 horsepower and 221 lb-ft of torque, as well as an 8-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive comes standard on the 2023 Jeep Compass, and you can also opt for the sportier Jeep Active Drive Low 4X4 system which offers low range, and up to a 20:1 crawl ratio for better rock crawling and traction. This system is available for the Trailhawk, which is the most athletic Jeep Compass trim level! The Trailhawk comes with hill-descent control, a system which helps you navigate down steep inclines with ease. It also offers Selec-Terrain Traction Management, so that you can use different drive modes for harsher terrain!
What Design Features does the Jeep Compass Offer?
As we mentioned above, the Jeep Compass was recently redesigned to debut a sleek and modern design, which is reappearing for the 2023 model year! There are five main trim levels to choose from, including the Sport, Latitude, Latitude LUX, Limited, and Trailhawk. The Sport has standard features such as 17-inch wheels, LED headlights, and cloth-trimmed seats. It also features heated side mirrors, and roof rails for carrying extra cargo. The Latitude adds features such as foglights, premium faux-leather upholstery for the seats and steering wheel, and a keyless entry system. Next up is the Latitude LUX, which includes features such as 18-inch wheels, heated front seats, and Capri leather upholstery. The Limited is even more luxurious, adding ambient interior lighting, dual-zone automatic climate control, rain-sensing wipers, and more!
What Tech Features does the 2023 Jeep Compass Have?
The Jeep Compass goes above and beyond when it comes to tech and safety features! The whole lineup features a standard safety package on each and every trim level. This package includes features such as adaptive cruise control with stop and go, forward collision warning, blind spot monitoring, and more! The Compass also comes with seven standard airbags for protection on all sides. Another standard tech feature is the Uconnect 5 infotainment system, which comes with either an 8.4-inch or available 10.1-inch touchscreen.
