My Jeep suddenly stopped working and got towed to this dealership. Even though they are an authorized jeep dealer they are choosing to refuse service to my car. The worst part is that they agreed to an appointment and then called me and cancelled it suddenly. They claimed that my warranty isn’t relevant to them, even though it covers ALL authorized jeep dealers. Once I spoke to Jeep Customer service they made it clear that they should not be doing this. I am extremely disappointed with Jeep’s handling of my leasing experience. My 2024 Jeep is going to be at the dealers for repairs for over 90 days, and despite my insurance covering only 30 days of a rental vehicle, Jeep has not offered any assistance or solutions for the remaining 60 days. This lack of support has left me without a vehicle, despite leasing a brand-new car. I expected better customer service and accountability from a company of this caliber. Can you imagine purchasing a new car for over $65,000 and the car has problems within the first month and the dealership/service do nothing about it.
